• We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or peak seasons
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully:

Returns Timeframe:

• Most items can be returned within 15 days of receipt
• The return process must be initiated within this period

Non-Returnable Items:

• Cages & Netting: Once unrolled or cut, these cannot be returned
• Automatic Watering Kits & Easy Drip Watering Systems: Components that have been connected or used
• For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
2. Wait for our instructions and Returns Authorisation number
3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Ship the package to the address we provide using a tracked service
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges:

• To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify your desired replacement
• Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number
• We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund
