We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable courier services to ensure your garden products arrive safely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.

Our Returns Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Green Garden World products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure customer safety and hygiene, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

  • Cages & Netting: Once unrolled or cut, these cannot be resold
  • Automatic Watering Kits & Easy Drip Watering Systems: Components that have been connected or used

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorisation number and specific return instructions. Please do not send anything without this number.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address we provide using a tracked postal service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state which item you wish to exchange for. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your new choice to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
