Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please Note: Due to their nature, the following products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons unless they are faulty:
- Cages & Netting: Once unrolled or cut, these cannot be resold.
- Automatic Watering Kits & Easy Drip Watering Systems: Components that have been connected or used cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorisation number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back to us without this number.
- Pack the Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address we provide, using a tracked postal service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to exchange for. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your new choice to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
